CUTC is thrilled to announce audition sign-ups for The Sound of Music, performed August 1-4 at the historic Virginia Theatre in downtown Champaign! The Sound of Music will be directed by Aaron J. Godwin.
Auditions will be held at the CUTC rehearsal space, 117 E. University Ave. (next to the old Dallas & Co. building). Parking and entrance are in the back of the building.
Audition slots will be held during the following times:Friday, June 7: 6pm-9pmSaturday, June 8: 10am-4:30pmMonday, June 10:5:30 dance call for auditionees 14 and younger6:30: dance call for auditionees 15 and older*please note that all auditionees must sign up for both a vocal/reading audition on either Friday or Saturday, AND the dance call on Monday.
If needed, callbacks will be held on Monday, June 10 after the dance call concludes.
Audition requirements are included in the online audition form. To sign up to audition, please do the following:
Fill out the online audition form
Sign up for an audition slot (remember to sign up for both a vocal/reading slot AND the dance call!)
