• Ticket purchases are only valid for the location and performance that is on the confirmation or tickets.

• Tickets held at Will Call MUST be picked up at least 10 minutes before scheduled start of performance or they will be returned to the available ticket stock and may be resold.NO REFUNDS.

• Tickets can be exchanged for another performance, or another production if patron contacts manager 24 hours or more before the date/time of the tickets to be exchanged.

In the unusual situation that a performance is cancelled, you will be entitled to a refund for the full purchase price of your tickets.
